Time to move on and say "au revoir, Toulouse" and start our journey to The Dordogne Region and our village of St Cyprien. Or more precisely Castles and the beautiful farmhouse of La Metairie. We're staying in the modified barn that dates back to the 1700s and has been magnificently styled by our gracious hosts Marie and Patrice. We're dying to see inside the farmhouse as it look impressive, but fear this may not be the done thing.

This is ours for 9 days, both levels; downstairs is all living, upstairs bedrooms. The Little round house is not part of it and has not been renovated. Our barn is built into the side if the hill with exposed rock in the living room. More pics later. |
